Facilities Manager

With our expansion programme almost completed, we are looking to recruit a qualified Facilities Manager. Applications are invited from candidates meeting the following essential criteria:

This is a ‘hands-on’ role and incumbents must have:

 Relevant experience and qualification in Administration, Building, Hospitality, Engineering, Management or associated subject;
 A proven record of achievement in the area of Facilities Management;
 Strong communication and people skills;
 The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships;
 A clear understanding of the role of Facilities Management within the organisation;
 A flexible approach to hours and duties;
 A working knowledge of computer technology;
 An understanding of HIQA’s role and associated regulations is desirable but not essential.
 A full, clean driving license is required for travel between sites.
