This is a ‘hands-on’ role and incumbents must have:
Relevant experience and qualification in Administration, Building, Hospitality, Engineering, Management or associated subject;
A proven record of achievement in the area of Facilities Management;
Strong communication and people skills;
The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships;
A clear understanding of the role of Facilities Management within the organisation;
A flexible approach to hours and duties;
A working knowledge of computer technology;
An understanding of HIQA’s role and associated regulations is desirable but not essential.
A full, clean driving license is required for travel between sites.
